MAX EASTLEY の『Installation Recordings (1973 - 2008)』。60年代後半より活動するサウンド・アーティストで、Brian Eno, Evan Parker, Thomas Koner, そして映画監督の Peter Greenaway などとのコラボレートでも知られる Max Eastley の、1973〜2008年までのインスタレーション作品を中心にまとめた貴重な2枚組作品集。

1975年の New And Rediscovered Musical Instruments (David Toop とのコラボレート・アルバムでブライアン・イーノが主宰していた Obscure Records より発表) での作品をはじめ、様々な音響彫刻作品による記録35トラックを収録。20ページのブックレットも収録。驚くほど豊かな音を奏でるサウンドアート作品の素晴らしい記録をご堪能下さい。
