We accept orders from Overseas.

Please note that we will not accept returns or exchanges of any items purchased from our web-store.
Therefore, please double check your selected items before placing your order. When you have confirmed the contents of the entry, please push the send button.

We will send you an email regarding the total cost of your selected items including the shipping fee with a bill of PayPal. Please set it so that you can receive mails from 'store15nov.jp' in the domain email reception options beforehand.

We only accept payment through PayPal. Paypal fee 5% is added to the sum. Please make sure your shipping address you provide us matches the address that is stated on your PayPal account. Orders are shipped by the Express Mail Service (EMS).
We will inform you of the shipping fee with your invoice.

Please be aware that certain items may be subject to additional custom duty fee. After we have received your payment, we will send the package within 3-5 business days. You will receive a link to your e-mail with the tracking number after the shipment has been made.
